Everything is energy
|“Everything is energy. That’s not a philosophy, that’s physics.”
Albert Einstein was awarded a Nobel Prize for his groundbreaking contribution in demonstrating the concept of energy quantization, unveiling the existence of “Quanta.” Quantum Physics, which asserts that everything is composed of energy and that energy is inherently quantized, supports this idea. The term “Quanta” originates from the Latin word signifying “how much,” implying that energy is always present in discrete, minimum quantities referred to as quanta or sizes. In essence, the magnitude of the quantum corresponds to the amount of energy, with larger energy amounts being associated with larger quanta.
