What is Reality
‘What is Reality’ is an excellent documentary from BBC Horizon that takes you through a number of theories, ideas, and experiments that attempt to explain what reality is. It includes Fermilab’s discovery of the Top quark, the famous double slit experiment, quantum computers, parallel universes, and the holographic principle.
While scientists have huge amounts of data, math, and varying theories, it asks the question, who will be able to explain reality from all the pieces of knowledge we have today from Quantum Physics and Cosmology.
Some of the ideas expressed in the video to explain reality include the universe being a hologram, reality splitting into an infinite amount of other universes, and the universe as a mathematical construct of some kind.
