The Riemann Hypothesis

The Riemann hypothesis was first proposed by Bernhard Riemann in 1859, but still remains unproven to this day. There is even a cool $1 million prize from the Clay Institute of Mathematics to the person who proves the hypothesis. Why such a high cash prize you ask. It has to do with its link to predicting prime numbers and what that means.
